Answer: From your DASHBOARD go to ORDERS and click on Cancel Order. Your order will be canceled immediately. And your full amount will be refunded to your e- wallet and you can use the full amount to buy any prodcuts at any time.
Question: Where I can find my e- wallet and my refunded amounts?
Answer: Please go to your DASHBOARD and you will see your Coupon Code and your Wallet Amount.
Question: Can you refund my money to my credit card?
Answer: Yes sure, we will refund your full amount to your credit card at any time, all what you need to do is send us a message via contact us. With your order number and it will take around 1 to 5 working days to be in your card.
